Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Valor Hospitality Europe Limited (Company Registration Number SC481196) of St James House, 3rd Floor, South Wing, 27–34 Eastern Road, Romford, Essex RM1 3NH, acting as agent on behalf of PPC Hospitality UK Limited and HICP Limited (together, the “Principals”). The Promoter and the Principals shall be jointly responsible for the administration of this promotion.
  2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK-based business customers aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Principals, their agents, group companies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
  3. VIFA 2026 will be open to enquiries from 7th April 2026 until 19th July 2026.
  4. There will be 10 x £100 Amazon prizes to be won during the months of April, May, June and July 2026.
  5. The vouchers will be awarded to the booker who confirmed the business.
  6. There will be an additional grand prize to be won at the end of the campaign. The prize will be £10,000 in vouchers towards a dream holiday.
  7. The grand prize can be claimed by 1 lucky winner or split between a team. This will be at the discretion of the booker / company.
  8. It is the responsibility and liability of the grand prize winner to book and make their own holiday arrangements. Valor Hospitality Europe Limited will supply the vouchers and have no further involvement in the process or liability.
  9. Each confirmed and contracted booking returned by the applicable cut-off date constitutes one entry into the relevant monthly prize draw. Cancelled bookings will be excluded
  10. The deadline date for returning contracts will be 30th April for the April prize draw, 31st May for the May prize draw, 30th June for the June prize draw and 31st July for the July prize draw.
  11. All winners will be chosen randomly during these months and notified in writing via email.
  12. All contracted business with contracts returned from Tuesday 7th April 2026 to Friday 31st July will go into the grand prize draw to win the £10,000 dream holiday.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind].
  14. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Subject to availability, winners may elect to receive alternative retail vouchers of equivalent value or donate the prize value to a registered UK charity.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of The Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon registration. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  17. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, under its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any party which they may believe has compromised the ethics of the competition and that they will subsequently be excluded from participating in the competition.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the shops).
  19. The winners will be notified by email and must provide a business postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to The Promoter within 14 days of being notified by The Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
  20. The prize will be delivered to the winner by The Promoter in person, wherever possible.  Alternatively sent by post or email.
  21. The names of the winners can be obtained after 31st August 2026 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Valor Hospitality Europe Limited, 3rdFloor, South Wing, St James House, 27-34 Eastern Road, Romford, Essex. RM1 3NH.
  22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  24. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the Prize Draw. Any use of a winner’s name or image will be limited to a period of three years from the date of the draw and will be without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
  25. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be requested via dataprotection@valoreurope.comand in accordance with all data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal and company information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 20 above.
  26. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
